To serve as the BPP’s central hub for policy development, strategic planning, research, and political education; ensuring the party remains ideologically grounded, data-driven, and responsive to national and global trends.
2. Vision
To be a leading African policy institute that advances people-centered, inclusive, and transformative policies for Botswana and beyond.
3. Core Functions
- Policy Research & Development: Craft alternative policies aligned with BPP’s values (equity, justice, Pan-Africanism).
- Strategic Planning: Advise on party campaigns, manifestos, and governance strategies.
- Political Education: Train party members, candidates, and youth on ideology, leadership, and governance.
- Public Engagement: Host debates, publish papers, and influence national discourse.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Assess policy impact and guide course corrections.
